
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your session, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are charged in full.

Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

If you are late to your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
This policy exists to honour both your time and mine, and to protect the integrity of my availability for all clients.
Refunds
Single Sessions
Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable.
Session Packs
Session packs are non-refundable after the first session has been completed.
Remaining sessions can be transferred to another person only with prior written agreement.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
Emergency Situations
If you are unable to attend due to severe illness or a genuine emergency, please email me as soon as possible.
While these cases are considered individually, refunds are not guaranteed.
