These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions, services and communications provided by Lenka Perextova, Mahadevi LTD (United Kingdom).

By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the Service

The sessions I provide are holistic, somatic, reflective and mentoring-based.
They are designed to support emotional clarity, nervous system balance and personal insight.

They are not psychotherapy, counselling, psychological treatment or medical care.

I do not diagnose, treat or cure mental health conditions.

If you are currently receiving care from a GP, psychiatrist, psychologist or mental health service, please continue with that support.

2. Confidentiality

Everything you share in a session is kept confidential.
Exceptions apply only when required by UK law, including:

• risk of harm to yourself or someone else

• safeguarding concerns

• court orders

3. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.

• Single sessions: £50

• 3-Session Pack: £135

• 6-Session Pack: £260

Prices may be updated from time to time.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of the service, all completed sessions are non-refundable.

Session packs are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

Unscheduled sessions from a pack may be transferred to another person only with prior written agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.

• Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

• Sessions start on time; late arrivals still end at the scheduled time.

6. Liability

You are responsible for your own emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
I cannot be held liable for decisions, outcomes or actions you take following a session.

The information and guidance offered are for personal insight, reflection and support only.

7. Communication

You may contact me via email or social media for scheduling or light support.
I do not provide crisis support or emergency care.
