I offer holistic, somatic and reflective 1:1 sessions designed to help you reconnect with yourself, understand your emotions, release stress and feel supported as you navigate life.
My work combines nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, emotional support and intuitive guidance.
This is a safe space where you don’t have to pretend — a space where you can finally hear yourself.
2. Is this therapy or counselling?
No.
My sessions are not psychotherapy or counselling and should not replace medical or psychological treatment.
They are a holistic, supportive and somatic space for reflection, clarity and personal growth.
If you are receiving care from a GP or mental health professional, you can continue that alongside this work.
3. Who are these sessions for?
My sessions are for women who:

Each session lasts 60 minutes.
If we need a few extra minutes to close safely and calmly, I always honour that.

Yes — all sessions are offered online.
This allows you to join from the comfort of your home, wrapped in a blanket with tea, without rushing or commuting.
8. What if I’m not comfortable sharing everything?
That’s completely okay.
You don’t have to share anything you’re not ready for.
We move at your pace.

10. What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full.
Missed sessions are non-refundable.
You can reschedule for free if you notify me earlier than 24 hours.
